This Payment & Shipping Policy outlines how payments are processed and how orders are shipped from Pro Race Cars, operated by NXS Motorsports LLC.

By placing an order on proracecars.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through the payment options available at checkout.

All payments must be successfully authorized and processed before an order is shipped.

Pro Race Cars does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment information is securely processed through third-party payment providers.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Order volume
  • Holidays or weekends

Orders placed outside of normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using carriers such as:

  • FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

Pro Race Cars is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Pro Race Cars cannot guarantee delivery times.


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If a package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Claims may require photos of the damaged packaging and products.


Order Refusal or Cancellation

Pro Race Cars reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
