At Pro Race Cars, we strive to provide high-quality racing components and parts. Due to the nature of racing products, our return policy is as follows.
Returns
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original condition and packaging.
Items must not be:
- Installed
- Used
- Modified
- Damaged
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Installed or used parts
- Tires
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or discounted items
Return Authorization
Before returning an item, customers must contact us to receive return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect due to our error or defective.
